Thank you for considering “The Rose” as the venue to hold your function. From birthday celebrations, to corporate functions and dinners, conferences and seminars or simply a group get together, we pride ourselves on offering specialised services to make your function a unique and momentous occasion.
The entire venue is available for exclusive use by arrangement through Management. A combination of the rooms is available for larger functions (including outdoor areas) up to 250 people sit down and 450 people cocktail style.

Entertainment
At the Rose we provide regular entertainment throughout the year consisting of live acts from solos to duos and full bands. We also have connections with a fantastic array of local talent that have previously played at The Rose and are happy to organise the band of your choice at no booking fee (please discuss with Management).

The services included in your quote are as follows:

Beverages
Beverages may be purchased by consumption or at a price per head (please refer to beverage package below). * All employees at the Rose practise responsible service of alcohol.

Deposit
To secure a booking, a deposit of 10% of your function is required. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit or part there of will be refunded only if the “The Rose” are able to re-book that date with a similar function. Our postal address for deposits is “The Rose” 220 Great Ocean Road, Torquay Vic 3228. Cash and cheque only accepted unless by previous arrangement.

Final Numbers
Final arrangements are made approximately three weeks prior to the function. The final number of guests together with full payment is required five working days prior to the date of your function, this will be the minimum charge required.

Please choose 3 dishes from each course you choose, for full menu selection at your function. Each 2 course meal and above will also receive bread and salad for the table and a tea and coffee station, (please note personalised menus will be provided for each of your guests)
