Pricing

Please choose 3 dishes from each course you choose, for full menu selection at your function. Each 2 course meal and above will also receive bread and salad for the table and a tea and coffee station, (please note personalised menus will be provided for each of your guests)

*Asian Tasting Plate – Tempura vegetables, nori rolls, crispy warm beef skewers, chicken wontons, rice paper rolls, arancini and smoked salmon pinwheels, chilli battered prawns (served wandering style or banquet style at the table)

Entrée Selections

  • House made soup ( a variety of soups available on request )
  • Tempura seasonal vegetables with citrus salt & mirin dipping
  • Salt and pepper calamari dressed with a garlic aioli with grilled pear, prosciutto, rocket and parmesan salad
  • Crispy warm beef with a mixture of assorted leaves and herbs with thai style dressing
  • Morton bay bug tortelli with warm tomato and basil dressing
  • Grilled scallops with an asian pesto tossed with linguini and greens

Main Selections

  • Oven roasted eye fillet carved over whipped mash infused with spring onion and spinach accompanied by a red wine jus
  • Grilled atlantic salmon on a bed of risotto with a lemon and chive buerre blanc sauce
  • Char grilled chicken breast marinated in lemon, garlic and pepper on a bed of linguini tossed in an asian pesto.
  • Braised lamb shank served with whipped potato and a garlic and parsley jus
  • Eggplant parmigiana stack filled with assorted vegetables spiced tomato concasse and mozzarella
  • Traditional Christmas dinner with honey glazed ham, turkey, roast potatoes, stuffing and cranberry sauce

  • Lemon tart served with vanilla anglaise
  • Dried fruit compote with pure cream
  • Sticky date pudding with toffee sauce
